Spurs Can Move 3 Points Clear In 4th
13 Mar 10 - Sports
Tottenham can open up a 3 point gap over Manchester City if they beat Blackburn in the early Premier League kick off.
Spurs are fourth heading into the match but Harry Redknapp is aware of the chasing pack,
"I think Manchester City are favourites but Liverpool and Villa will be right
there. City have a game in hand,"
He added "It's going to be so tight - you could easily finish fourth or seventh, it's going to be that close between the four of us."
Tottenham's lengthy injury list means they are without midfielders Jermaine Jenas, Tom Huddlestone, David Bentley and Aaron Lennon.
Jonathan Woodgate is also out after having an operation in Australia on his groin and will miss the rest of the season.
Blackburn's David Dunn (calf) scored the winner in a reserve clash with Hull and will return to the starting XI.
The other games in the Premier League are,
Birmingham v Everton
Bolton v Wigan
Burnley v Wolverhampton
Chelsea v West Ham
Stoke v Aston Villa
Hull v Arsenal (5.30)
