14-year-old arrested after Stirling school incident

Police Scotland have confirmed a 14-year-old boy has been arrested after an assault at a Forth Valley school.
Officers were called to St.Modan’s in Stirling yesterday lunchtime.
Nobody suffered serious injuries.
Both Stirling Council and Police Scotland also say nobody gained access to the school before the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received report of an assault at St Modan’s High School in Stirling around 12.25pm on Tuesday, 7 September. A 14-year-old boy was arrested in connection and will be reported to the Youth Justice Assessor.”
A Stirling Council spokesperson said: “We can confirm there was an incident at St Modan’s today (7 September) that involved pupils. Staff responded promptly and the police were called as a cautionary measure. We are unable to comment further because of confidentiality. However, we can confirm there were no serious injuries.”
