Delivery driver taken to hospital after being attacked by teenagers in Uphall

A delivery driver’s suffered facial injuries after being attacked in West Lothian.
The 47-year-old was on Loanfoot Road in Uphall yesterday afternoon when he was attacked by a group of teenagers.
He was taken to St John’s Hospital in Livingstone for treatment.
Detective Constable Tony Gilhooley from Livingston CID said: “This has been a frightening experience for the man involved and thankfully he wasn’t more seriously injured.
“The attack took place in a busy residential area, and I’m urging anyone who has any information about the incident to contact us via 101 quoting incident number 3288 of 14 September 2019.”
