Forth Valley A&E figures worst in Scotland

New figures show A&E waiting times at Forth Valley Royal continue to be the lowest in Scotland – despite an improvement in recent weeks.
58.9% of patients were seen within four hours, in the week ending 7th November.
That’s up from last week’s figure of 51.1%, but is still below the Scottish Government’s target of 95%.
Earlier this month, £10 million of funding was announced by Health Secretary Humza Yousaf, to help struggling A&E departments.
NHS Forth Valley apologised last month for lengthy waiting times.
