Appeal after train incident

Police are looking for a man who performed a sexual act while "staring" at a woman on a Forth Valley train.

The incident happened on the service between Larbert and Stirling on Thursday February 8th, between 11:30am and 12:20pm.

The suspect, who is described as white and aged 35 to 40 years old, got off the train at Stirling station.

He was wearing a blue jacket, and carrying a black and grey Nike rucksack.

A British Transport Police statement read: “Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch with them to assist the investigation.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 2400016948 of 08/02/24.”
