All three local councils are facing significant budget gaps - with a rise in Council Tax one of the measures put forward to reduce the deficit.
Falkirk Council has raised Council Tax by 15.6% - the highest increase in Scotland.
The move was voted through by the local authority at the start of March.
Council officials say Falkirk now has the tenth highest council tax rate in Scotland.
Meanwhile, Clackmannanshire residents will pay 13% more.
When their budget was agreed, the local authority said the move is aiming to provide financial sustainability for the coming years.
People in Stirling are facing an 8.8% hike in rates.
They're facing a budget gap of more than £50 million by 2030.
