A number of Stirling schools are shut, as staff walk out in a dispute over pay.
Members of the UNISON trade union - including cleaners and caterers - are striking in Stirling and Clackmannanshire.
They'll stage industrial action on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
No staff are striking in Falkirk - the Unite and GMB unions suspended action after the deal from council body COSLA.
Stirling Council say: "Due to planned industrial action, many of our schools and nurseries will be closed from 26-28 September.
Schools and nurseries have contacted families directly to inform them of specific arrangements."
A spokesperson for Clackmannanshire Council said: “We have made arrangements in light of the industrial action on September 26, 27 and 28 whereby a small number of establishments will remain open.
