Playlist for Life is a music and dementia charity which provides vital support to people living with the condition. Mehar Shagufta is the Policy and Public Affairs Officer and popped in to tell us more about the importance of the organisation and the power of personal music.


CREATIVE VETERANS

Creative Veterans aim to bring Veterans and their families together by bringing them out of isolation and allowing them to experience the comradeship/fellowship they have missed since leaving the forces and emergency services. Mark Wallace from the group tells Gavin & Hannah more about what they do.


 

365 COACHES

Nicole and Michelle from 365 dropped in to tell Gavin and Hannah how they're empowering women physically and mentally across the Forth Valley, including how they went from offering similar services to becoming business partners!

KLSB

KLSB is a community group helping tackle food poverty and bring initiatives to the local community in Stenhousemuir and Larbert. John and Sheona from the group popped in to tell Gavin and Hannah a little bit more about the great work they are doing.

WARRIORS IN THE COMMUNITY

Blair Cremin, Head of Charity for Stenhousemuir FC's 'Warriors in the Community' was a guest on Sunday 29th October, detailing the great work they have been doing in the local area.
 

ANDY'S MAN'S CLUB

On October 22nd, the guys were joined by Alex and Tom from Andy's Man Club in Stirling.
