    Stirling school wins national award

    St Ninian’s Primary School has received a national award in recognition of its professional learning.

    The Stirling-based school was presented with the prize at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow.

    Teachers were praised for their committment and dedication – allowing pupils to fulfil their highest potential.

    Headteacher at the school, Carolann Morrow said: “I am delighted the staff team at St Ninians have been recognised for their commitment and dedication to professional learning; being leaders of learning ensures they do the best for our children and families.”

    Convener of Stirling Council’s Children and Young People Committee, Cllr Susan McGill said: “This major award recognises staff at St Ninian’s are committed to professional learning, which will help children at the school fulfil their potential and reach a range of positive destinations. A huge well done to all.”
