US soldiers “must be held accountable” for Denny army captain death

The widow of an army captain from Denny – killed by a forklift truck in Iraq – says the US soldiers responsible must be held accountable.
Dean Sprouting died in January 2018, after being hit by the vehicle while out jogging.
But charges against the US soldiers responsible were dropped by an American brigadier general.
A military inquest concluded his death was accidental.
