Concerns over RAAC residents

A campaign group says the last year has been "debilitating" for residents in 30 Tillicoultry flats.

They were forced to leave their homes last year after RAAC was discovered.

They are in temporary accommodation due to the potentially dangerous concrete.

The UK RAAC Campaign group say residents have also struggled to access key documents in their homes, such as passports.

They've been calling for better communication for people out of their homes.

A break-in was also reported last week, with a review now underway.

More than 1200 people have signed a petition on the issue: https://petitions.parliament.scot/petitions/PE2113

Clackmannanshire Council say a meeting has been arranged for their "earliest availability".

A spokesperson for Clackmannanshire Council said: "We had hoped to meet in person with the affected residents last week to provide the update, however that has not been possible.  A meeting has been arranged for their earliest availability."
