A Forth Valley teenager is urging other people to take part in sport - saying it saved her life.
19-year-old Abby Cook from Grangemouth, struggled with anxiety during her early teens after suffering from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
The condition causes joints to dislocate and left her needing to use a wheelchair.
She's now partnering up with charity SAMH to encourage people to engage with sport, in a bid to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
